Who should speak?
The Congress is widely acknowledged as the leading event for Corporate Wellness in Australia. The two day Congress attracts speakers which include political leaders, academics and industry gurus.
The key themes to be addressed include:
- Engaging more employees in making healthy behaviour changes
- Supporting individual health improvement with an organisational culture of health
- Measuring the total impact of employee health on organisational performance
- Providing support for working caregivers to maintain their health and productivity
- Addressing the co-morbidities of behavioural health issues like stress, depression and sleep
- Better managing pain to improve functionality and work place productivity
- Using technology to improve individual management of health issues in the work place
- Paying special attention to the health needs of an ageing work force
We invite contributors from a broad range of backgrounds. The Congress will bring together more than 200 delegates from industry and service providers for rigorous analysis, discuss and debate. The Congress is run by the Institute of Health & Productivity Management (IHPM) and the Health & Productivity Institute of Australia (HAPIA).
